Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary reschedule.

Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable. However, we understand things happen; we may offer a one-time reschedule or store credit, subject to current availability.

Late Arrivals: To ensure the best experience for all guests, games will start on time. Groups arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their game time shortened or forfeited without a refund.
